"Chaparral Xtreme is the boat of my dreams and with the only Chaparral dealership in Alberta recently closing it's doors, I was forced to look beyond our border. I was searching the internet from my home in Alberta, Canada when I found the Sun Country Marine site. I called inquiring about a 224 Xtreme that was listed and lucky for me Derek took the call. The next thing you know I was on a plane to LA to meet my new friends at Sun Country Marine. Everyone from Derek in Sales, Jason in Service and the ladies in the office are absolutely incredible and have made the experience of dealing with Sun Country well worth the effort. Derek was involved in getting everything I required to complete my 1700 + mile trip back home to Canada with my new boat. He always responded to my countless e-mails and phone calls, even went to work on his days off. "Mike, I know you already know this but you have the BEST Service Manager working for you -- never let him leave!!!! He is absolutely the best and knows what it means to provide outstanding customer service. Service has always been helpful with my new 244 Xtreme and has resolved all my issues -- he takes personal pride in his work and it shows. Moreover, Service is always willing to take my phone calls -- even when I am out on the Lake and something just doesn't seem right on my boat. Since I boat out in the Laughlin area, it would be easy for me to get service on my boat at either Lake Mohave or Lake Havasu. Honestly, as long as Scott is running your service operation, I will gladly tow my boat from the River to Ontario for all my service needs. "After learning that my local boat dealership has closed the doors, I was left wondering where i was going to get my services on my 5 year old boat. After a day on the Lake we decided to go talk to the service manager at Sun Country, where we stop and get our boat gear and boat plug (twice) and cleaning supplies before we get to the lake. Its in a very convenient location. We got a great feeling from talking with the service manager and left the boat to get serviced and was told it would be done by saturday. From previous experince that would mean 2 to 3 saturday's. But I gave them a chance, I recieved a phone call friday to let me know it was done, I showed up on saturday, the service manager was not there and one of the salesman took me out to my boat and helped me take off the cover and moved it out to make hooking it up easier than normal. Above and beyond all my expectations. They treated me like I was one of their own loyal customers and I am proud to say I am one now. Very helpful and informative. When i buy my new boat next year, there is no where else to look. I plan on being a happy boater with you Sun Country Marine. Thanks again. Jim Allen"
