"Just wanted to stop by and say that the service I recieve from Sun Country Marine is some of the BEST service I have ever come across. From the time I stepped into the showroom 2 years ago to buy a boat it has been a pleasure doing business with them. Derek I would have to say is the best salesman I have ever done business with. Derek is the mold that all salesman should shape themselves after. Just an example, when I bought my boat I had a trip planned for the next weekend. I bought an upgrade package to put a third toon and a Merc 150 on the boat. Well the toon showed up but the engine didn't. Derek called me and told me the boat was not done but is ready for me to take on my trip. They put a loaner engine on the boat so I could go to the river and not have to cancel my trip, at no additional charge by the way. That is what I call service. Sun Country Marine going out of its way to make sure that I could enjoy trip was very important to them and made the trip a litlle better. If you are in the market, for buying a boat you will be doing yourself a great injustice if you don't at least go to Sun Country Marine and give them a chance to impress you as they have impressed me. You did it at a time I know youu're very busy because it was Easter break. The service and quality of your follow-up are unsurpassed. "The Sea Ray 260 SunDeck is the boat of my dreams. I was searching the internet from my home when I found the Sun Country Marine site. I called inquiring about a 260 SunDeck that was listed and lucky for me Derek took the call. The next thing you know I was on my way to meet my new friends at Sun Country Marine. When we first walked into the Pomona Boat Show you and the staff were the only salesmen that even acknowledged us. There was no high pressure, you even went on-line to give us all the information we needed to make an intelligent decision for our family. When we visited the showroom in Ontario you were just as patient and courteous. Your concern for us didn't end after our purchase. You made sure I had storage for my trailer and offered to help. I know you already know this but you have the BEST Service Manager working for you -- never let him leave!!!! He is absolutely the best and knows what it means to provide outstanding customer service. Service has always been helpful with my new 244 Xtreme and has resolved all my issues -- he takes personal pride in his work and it shows. Moreover, Service is always willing to take my phone calls -- even when I am out on the Lake and something just doesn't seem right on my boat. Since I boat out in the Laughlin area, it would be easy for me to get service on my boat at either Lake Mohave or Lake Havasu. Honestly, as long as Scott is running your service operation, I will gladly tow my boat from the River to Ontario for all my service needs. "After learning that my local boat dealership has closed the doors, I was left wondering where i was going to get my services on my 5 year old boat. After a day on the Lake we decided to go talk to the service manager at Sun Country, where we stop and get our boat gear and boat plug (twice) and cleaning supplies before we get to the lake. Its in a very convenient location. We got a great feeling from talking with the service manager and left the boat to get serviced and was told it would be done by saturday. From previous experince that would mean 2 to 3 saturday's. But I gave them a chance, I recieved a phone call friday to let me know it was done, I showed up on saturday, the service manager was not there and one of the salesman took me out to my boat and helped me take off the cover and moved it out to make hooking it up easier than normal. Above and beyond all my expectations. They treated me like I was one of their own loyal customers and I am proud to say I am one now. Very helpful and informative. When i buy my new boat next year, there is no where else to look. I plan on being a happy boater with you Sun Country Marine. Thanks again.
